1. The hydraulic lifting platform (referred to as the platform) has been inspected before leaving the factory, and all technical indicators meet the design requirements. When in use, only the ground wire needs to be connected, and the hydraulic and electrical systems do not need to be adjusted.
2. Before using the platform, carefully check the hydraulic and electrical systems for any leakage or exposure.
3. The platform should be kept in an unloaded state before lifting. After the power is turned on, the power indicator light will turn on and the main stop button will be turned on; Press the motor start button..
4. Press the up (green) button and observe if the platform responds. Run the motor idle for 3-5 minutes. If it does not rise, reverse the motor, cut off the power, and exchange the two phase wires of the motor.
5. Press the up button (green indicator light on), and the platform will start to rise. After reaching the desired height, the platform will automatically stop (green light off). Then press the down button (yellow indicator light on), and the platform will start to descend. After reaching the original position, the solenoid valve will automatically power off (yellow light off).
If the platform needs to stop during the rising or falling process, press the stop button (red button).
7. Turn off the power after use.

1. The elevator is a scissor lift, and its rotating part is connected by a shaft pin and a shaft sleeve. In order to reduce friction, there is a grease nipple at the end of the shaft pin for adding lubricating grease. The platform must be lubricated after 80 hours or about 10 days of use.
2. After adding hydraulic oil to the elevator every 200 hours of operation, about 6 months, replace the hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 22-46mm/S; Hydraulic oil with high viscosity is used in high temperature working environments, and it must be filtered when refueling. Hydraulic oil is generally N46 in summer and N32 in winter.
After working for 80 hours, about 10 days, it is necessary to inspect the screw cap on the pin for looseness. If there is any looseness, it should be dealt with urgently.
